We then carefully review and fine-tune your chosen design before moving on to the hands-on part creating, cutting and finishing your piece with care and attention to detail, so it’s ready to make your special occasion even more memorable.

If you’ve just placed your order and realise you need to make a change, please get in touch with us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page.

We’ll be happy to discuss whether the change can still be made, along with any additional cost and how payment can be arranged.

Please note that once your order has been completed or production is too far along, changes may no longer be possible. In that case, a new order will need to be placed through the usual ordering process.

For deliveries within Ireland, estimated delivery time is approximately 3–5 working days after dispatch.

For international orders, estimated delivery time is approximately 5–10 working days, depending on your destination country and the local postal or courier service.
